Is anyone having problem with their Nike Fuel band??

The other day my Nike Fuel Band points read 3074 fuel points then when I charging the band , the Nike website said that my fuel point read 2890 and when once the band has charged up, I put the Nike band back on and press the button to read the fuel points and to my amazement the fuel points said 173 fuel points. Has anyone had any problems with their Fuel band?

    when i had any issues with my band....i called them up and they sorted it all pretty quickly whilst it was attached to my PC. if you continue to have issues they replace straight away. mine was replaced within 2 weeks
