DONE!!!!! I did 120 standing oblique crunches with a 4 pound medicine ball, 25 leg raises and 50 flutters. It was a good day!0

Nice work cpanus! I had a lazy day, but still did pretty good with my ab workout. I lost count so I am not sure if I completed all the exercises for Day 19, but I kept going until it hurt!0
