Post your results for Week 3 (May 15-May 21) on here!!

How did Week 3 go? Did you achieve your goals? Did you run into any problems? Did you try anything new?

    5/15: 685 (TurboFire - Fire 30 + Stretch 10, strength training, Insanity - Cardio Abs)
    5/16: 1282 (Nordic walking 3km, Insanity - Core Cardio and Balance, Brazil Butt Lift - Tummy Tuck, bicycling 37.3km)
    5/17: 1071 (Nordic walking 3km, TurboFire - Fire 30, strength training, bicycling 20km)
    5/18: 794 (Insanity - Max Recovery, bicycling 25km, Brazil Butt Lift - Tummy Tuck, TurboFire - Stretch)
    5/19: 904 (bicycling 15.3km, Insanity - Max Interval Circut, strength training)
    5/20: 726 (Nordic walking 3km, strength training, bicycling 10km)
    5/21: 884 (Insanity - Core Cardio and Balance, strength training, bicycling 17.5km)

    I don't know if it's because of warm and sunny weather, but I had great workout sessions this week and I felt pretty awesome every day :) I achieved my goal which was 6000, and I only have 5791 cals left to burn. I hope everyone else did great this week!

    This was my breakdown for week 3:
    May 15th - 533 (CLX push 1 and Insanity core cardio)
    May 16th - 825 (Insanity cardio power and CLX intervals + abs)
    May 17th - 652 (CLX push 2, Insanity core cardio & TJ 20 min workout)
    May 18th - 475 (CLX push 3, CLX burn it off, CLX recharge)
    May 19th - day off
    May 20th - 680 (CLX push 1, Insanity Max interval circuit)
    May 21st - 507 (Insanity Max interval Plyo)

    My total for the week: 3672
    And my total for the month: 10629

    Need 3400 for next week to reach my goal... Hope I can surpass it! :smile:

    YEAH!! I made my goal!!
    Goal was 5,500... and I burned 5,721!!! I worked out this morning and figured up my calories burned and I was 11 calories short! Therefore I knew I had to do something after work... So I went over! I cannot believe how much better I am doing,. I am able to run easier than I have been before.

    I forgot! My goal for next week is 6,000. I know it is kind of high but I think I can pull it off this week!

    I had a goal of 3,500 I believe but am not positive. This week I burned 3,455 so I missed by 45 calories, this really makes me mad!! I really shouldn't have taken today off, just have so much to do to get ready for my daughters graduation party on Sunday. I have over 100 people coming and working full time doesn't allow me much extra time to fit in a work out. Next week I am going to push myself to hit 5,000. I really want to finish strong. Thanks to all my MFP friends who send positive comments every day, it truly makes my day and keeps me motivated!! :love:

    Wednesday May 15: 433 calories burned (62 mins of HIIT run/walk)
    Thursday May 16: 804 calories burned (92 mins of strength training + cardio)
    Friday May 17: 917 calories burned (132 mins of elliptical + run + walk)
    Saturday May 18: 127 calories burned (33 min walk)
    Sunday May 19: 1,112 calories burned (145 mins of cardio + strength training)
    Monday May 20: 125 calories (45 min walk)
    Tuesday May 21: 317 calories (81 min walk)

    TOTALS FOR WEEK 3: 3,835 calories burned out of a goal of 3,000 for Week 3! :)

    Man, I feel good!!:)

    Congratulations, ladies!

    I'm on 4817 for this week. I managed to surpass my goal of 4817 mainly because I went on three long runs.

    Ya, as I suspected, I didn't make this week's goal. Opening the cottage didn't go as smoothly as planned, so I didn't get the chance to canoe for exercise, or come home early enough on the holiday Monday to get a workout in. And last night I was completely bagged, so I didn't exercise at all - I had to listen to my body. Back on track tonight with hockey though!

    Week 3 goal: 3,612
    Achieved: 2,322

    I'm still confident I can finish out the month with my overall goal of 16,000 calories.

    Oh, and I'm down 5.6 pounds since the beginning of this challenge. That's a success for me!

    I was under my goal of 4,000 for this week, but that was because of pre and post race rest days. Still on track to meet my monthly goal. Lost 1 pound this week for a total of 4 lbs this month :smile: Looking forward to exceeding week 4 goal!

    pretty happy with it! would have been more but have become afflicted with bronchitis! stupid allergies! fingers crossed that I'm better in time to put in a good showing for my marathon this weekend!!

    This is so much harder than I expected. I now use a hrm for my calories and some activities were less than I thought. Also I didn't count on being sick for part of the month but I think in all I am pretty much on track! I know that I can do it but will have to push hard!

    I had set my goal for 1200, but only got 1020. I guess we'll try for 1200 again this week.

    Week 1 - 974 (goal 700-1000)
    Week 2 - 1007 (goal 1000)
    Week 3 - 1020 (goal 1200)

    Total so far - 3001 calories

    My goal was 2100 and I did 2195! This is a great challenge...Ashley's a genius! LOL
