Unfortunately I went on vacation in between day 8 and nine, so I skipped three days. I didn't even use the video today, I remembered all the moves it took me a lot longer to get through but I made it. I'm going to move on to level 2 instead of continuing level one. I'm getting bored.

    since she said at the beginning of the video "move on to level 2 when you're ready" I went to level 2 on my 5th day. So i did 4 days on level 1. 10 days on level 2 and I'm on day 9 of Level 3. I'm going to finish out the rest of my 30 days on 3. I havent taken any rest days yet but i'll have to this weekend because we are going camping.
