Hi all,
Im starting level 2 today. I almost quit until I retook my measurements. So will be doing it in a bit.
Here is my progress so far
Starting:
Day 2 level 1
Age: 26
CW: 77.8kg / 171lmp
Height: 4'8"
Small" of Waist: 83cm / 32.6"
Waist at Bellybutton: 95cm / 37.4"
Hips: 116cm / 45.6"
Bust: 94cm / 37"
Joint Upper Thighs: 108cm / 42.5"
Joint Lower Thighs: 78cm / 30.7"
Day 1 Level 2 (23cm / 9" LOST!!)
Small" of Waist: 79cm / 31.1"
Waist at Bellybutton: 90cm / 35.4"
Hips: 112cm / 44"
Bust: 91cm / 35.8"
Joint Upper Thighs: 103cm / 40.5"
Joint Lower Thighs: 74cm / 29.1"

i didnt take measurements (boo) because i didnt have a measure tape. I dont feel any thinner but I feel stronger. Scale has gone up a little. My husband says i look thinner so apparently Ive lost some inches.0 -
I'm so excited! I just finished Level 2 yesterday and weighed in/measured today. I'm down 5lbs and approximately 11 inches total! I've gone straight through and intend to take no breaks. Some days are really bad. Like, I'm barely jumping and *very* lightly going through the moves, but I'm determined to knock this out. My computer is in the shop so I can't take my 20 day progress pics, but I have Day 1 and Day 10 pics so when I get to the end of the program I'll post my final result. Today's check-in motivated me more than ever before and I'm determined to maximize the rest of this month!0

I haven't checked my measurements yet but I'm on Level 3 Day 3 and I'm six pounds down! I wouldn't mind a little more weight loss, but my stamina is vastly improved and my body shape is already so different. I wish I'd taken before pictures0

I'm starting Level 3 Day 1 on Monday since we are going to the beach for the weekend. So far I'm down 6lbs. and 10" overall.0

Great results!! I didn't take measurements, but I am stronger. I did level 1 and just finished day 10.
Taking the weekend off, want to do something different, then start back on Shred on Monday, can't decide if I am ready for level 2. I will see.0 -
I'm on Day 22 (so I have a little over a week left to go, but here was a month's progress (April 25th - May 30th) Doing the math now, I guess I took 14 days off!

So I lost 5 inches doing the 30 Day Shred! Not bad considering I didn't do it as well as I should have and my diet could have been better!0
