It feels really good to get back into this!!!! Even with just 1 month break in between JM videos I forgot how much I hate pushups!! This time around I am using 5lb weights rather then 3lb weights and no more modified pushups, we will see

I am also working on increasing my fruit and veggies while decreasing my processed carbs (afternoon pretzel snack), I have veggies with dinner every night and try to have a banana or apple every day but am trying to ad a fruit and or a veggie to every meal as well as afternoon snack
