Ab Challenge for Tuesday, May 21st

130 -- Crunches
52 -- Leg Raises

DONE!! Had to split up the sit ups...45/45, and the standing crunches w/medicine ball 65/65, and leg flutters 52/52 ...then I did a 70 second plank instead of 80 seconds because my torn muscle started complaining. It was a good day!
