New to running and havin a sore Achilles

Hi all just started running. I went and got fitted for shoes and all that and have been running. I notice about a hour after when I walk my Achilles will be super tight. I feel like I'm stretching well in my cool downs. Are there any specific stretches anyone can recommend?? I know it's not an injury because after about 45 seconds of walking it feels completely normal so it's just tightness I just don't want it to eventually turn into an injury.

    Make sure you are stretching your calves, top and bottom.

    My favourite Achilles stretch is to have my toes on the edge of a step (facing "upstairs") and slowly drop my heels down below the level of the step. It's not one to do too quickly or with too much force, though.
