Extra Hungry

It's PMS time and I am extra hungry. Is there anything you guys do during times like these to help with the wanting to eat all day.
I get migraines during this time as well so I seem to eat even worse since it seems to help.

    Water.......ughh :), I try to drink a glass before I succomb to eating! Barring that, protein and veggies!

    Thanks, I will try eating more protein and veggies. I drink water 24/7. Maybe I need to try and drink a glass faster since I just kind of sip on it all day.

    No help, I just eat when I am hungry - it stalls my weight loss, but I do feel less tired and cranky - I just try to eat healthy when I can! And of course drink lots of water!
