Hey All,
I was diagnosed (finally!!!) in April with PCOS. I am starting to eat gluten and sugar free (can't quite cut out dairy.) It is helping but I definitely need support. It is hard to talk to people about this because they just don't understand. It is so frustrating when you think you are doing everything right and gain 3 lbs. Looking for friends that understand.

I understand. I started watching my eating and going to the gym in January. I've lost a total of 5lbs and I keep losing and regaining another 3. I'm getting nowhere and have no idea what to do. I'm so frustrated. The Dr. tells me to lose weight so I don't have to go on cholesterol meds but it seems impossible. I went from about 2300 calories a day to 1400 calories a day and the gym and still no results.0

I lost 27 lbs and got pregnant eating 2000 calories a day, working out three times a week (half hour weights and half hour cardio each day) and not cutting out any food categories. Good luck!0 -
Over the last two months I've only lost 2/3 lbs and I dropped two but somehow gained them again. I've been doing TurboFire for a month now just started my fifth week. I measured myself today and in this time I have lost half an inch of my waist and half off my high waist. Gained half am inch on both thighs. I've been working hard, eating right but on average only about 1500-1600 calories to be honest. My goal is 1923 but I hit that maybe twice a week I struggle. I am a dairy free vegetarian so that is part of it. On average I drink 12-14 cups of water. I am 168, 5'3 and 27 years old. I have at least 30 lbs to go. I started at 187 this year and finally hit 20lbs lost but keep going up and down that pound. I can't seem to get passed it even though I started a new workout program. Any advice? Anyone that has tried TurboFire have these same type of results the first month? I went up a pound. I have hit 1900 calories both yesterday and today. Hope I can make it through the week and see if that helps. I wouldn't be so discouraged by the weight gain if I had lost more inches but I haven't. I do have bad hormonal problems so perhaps that is to blame too? I eat lots if veggies and fresh fruit daily and I am also soy free so no fake meats or cheese.
I just posted this in another forum but yup I'm on the same boat. Feel free to add me. I know the feeling.0
