My name is Darci I'm 27, and I'm due 12/8/2013. I'm trying my hardest to not have another c-section. I have a 14 month old daughter who is the love of my life.

    Ive lost 20 lb this year and dont want to put too much weight on as I have an old spinal injury that may result in a c section if I do...
    Finding it hard to adjust and know what i should eat and what i should resist!
