195 to 175 in 2 months... is it possible?

Hi Everyone!
Joined MFP today and am looking for support and tips.

Is it possible for someone to lose 10% of their weight, in about 2 months?
I was happy with my figure (175 lbs) up to 2 years ago then I got slowly going upwards....
Now at 195 I look at pictures and I don't recognize myself.
I just signed in a gym but I have no patience for the weights.

I have a desk job so I don't walk much. Will try to exercise more and cut on the calories intake.
Would it be possible to lose 10% of my weight in 2 months?
Lose 20 lbs from 350 to 330 should be easier than 195 to 175....
Can it be done on my weight bracket?
