Hi guys,

Can anyone recommend a beginners yoga class in the Conroe/Woodlands area, that has afternoon classes on the weekend?

    A few of my friends first started doing basic yoga on the Wii gaming system, there is a game called Wii Fit Plus, it's a great place to start and lets you iron the kinks outta your body :)
