oh gee i think i'll go back to filling in that ditch tonite, no not really shoveling snow, but there arent any category for ditch digging, and i have the blisters on my hands to prove i am nuts!!! Whats even worse, we are having some thunderstorms pass through so that makes the dirt muddier and heavier!!! woo hoo, hopefully tonite is the last nite of this crap, But hey i wish weigh in would be tomorrow cuz i am already down 2 pounds thanks to sweating my butt off from picking and shoveling!!! i just may treat myself to a beer after i get it all filled in! Got a six pack in the fridge if you anyone wants to share!0

My goals today are to get a jog in after work... I have a busy night of work ahead of me so squeezing in that bit of time is going to be a challenge in itself!0 -

Today I did Day 1 on 30 DS level 3 and 30 mins pilates. I've got a dinner party tonight so I'll make sure I don't have second servings or maybe skip desserts.0 -
Good you see you all on the thread. It is the same few who post everyday.
I got my 3000 steps before work. I am at 6500 already. Will try to get to 13000 steps before bed. I managed to do that last night.
There was cake in the office and I got sucked into having some. I feel so sick! I have not eaten complete junk food in so long! I just added the calories in and took off a lot of my afternoon planned snack to compensate. All good with the plan but feeling good that I feel sick with cake.0 -
I walked 6 miles this morning. Gonna be on my feet tonight for about 4 hours, working backstage at a theatre. That should burn some additional calorie, no?

I just did 4 1/2 miles on the treadmill and will do Day 9 Level 2 of 30 Day Shred later this evening.

I did my Couch to 5K workout (W3D3) this morning before work and have a session with my trainer after work, plus I fit in a walk outside this afternoon. The sun finally came out in my corner of the world after a solid week of rain, so I'm happy to get some natural Vitamin D.0

Bad day for me...
Soup day at school and I had pulled pork sandwich and eclair cake. Ugh!
