So, I have a question for all y'all... how do you log your TRX workouts on here? I've all but given up trying to figure out what I would log the time under and was just wondering how other people were doing it.

I h ave a heart rate monitor so I log what it tells me...TRX is a great workout...I average 450 ish for a 55 min class...Before I had my HRM I logged my TRX classes at 300 cal.

When I do a 15-25 minute workout in my basement, I just log it in as calisthenics. For heavier in my class, I'll just do circuit training. It's better than nothing.

I do four workouts a week, two upper body and one lower.

I log differently depending on my current goals. Right now I'm bulking, so for my "burn" I enter in how many extra calories I will eat while recovering from the workout.

Most moves are just like any resistance workout, so it can be difficult to get good info from a heart rate monitor but over time you may be able to figure out how much more or less to eat.

I've been using circuit training. I take a class where in between rests we're directed to do specific exercises so its basically a TRX circuit.
