Today I did Day 2 on 30 DS level 3 and 30 mins pilates. My extra challenge is to go for a jog this afternoon and get those 8 glasses of water down0

Walked almost 2 miles. Will walk at least 3 more by the end of the day. I have my daily food plan and have stuck to it so far today.0

I ran a hard 4 miles at lunch today. It was raining so I ran on the mill at the college near where we work. My diet was much improved today- did not lose it when I got home from work. Still have a little strength training to do tonight. Going to the city tomorrow to buy a dress for my son's grad- hope to get a quick run in before I leave. Hope everyone just went away for the weekend!?!0
