I was doing some research about pregnitude and it seems that there are alot of great reviews about it and I wanted to try but I have tried many things and I feel taken advantage of spending countless dollars....so I did some research pregnitude has two main ingredients myo-Inositol and folic acid. well all know you can buy folic acid or get it in a multi vitamin but I wanted to share that you can also get myo-inositol by itself as well but it is most commonly called IP-6 Inositol Hexaphosphate or inositol hexaphosphate. l looked online and you can get this supplement by itself starting at 6.99 which sounds way better than 34.99 even if you buy folic acid seperately. I have folic acid in my multi vitamin so I am not worrying about getting the extra folic acid supplement. I would still talk to your doctor and do your own research. I just think if we can save money and not get ripped off why not share the information.
