Seems I can not get consistent with challenge...like I cram 2-3 days together then play catch up. Goal tomorrow is to do what I am suppose to and hopefully keep on track!!!!!!!

    Haha, it is the same thing with me - not intentionally, but it happened...
    I still have to do the workout from saturday and that of today, but then I am once again up to date.

    I think, as long as we do not overdo this lagging behind, it is okay - we all have a life, and some days are just more crazy than others. So as long as we have only two or three days to make good for, I would not worry too much. :smile:
