Well ladies.. if you haven't already.. it's time to GET MOVING!! :happy: I encourage everyone to set a Weekly Exercise minutes challenge. Each persons goal can be different based on their exercise level. :huh: Track your minutes for each day, then total them up when you weigh in on Monday mornings
