I've been gaining and losing the same 3 pounds. I. Reset my goals last week. I'm worried about this week because we have vacatioN and a wedding. God help me.

    Week 1: 172.4
    Week 2: 170
    Week 3: 169.6
    week. 4: 171.0
    Week 5: 170.4
    Goal. 160

Total lost for challenge 2.0 lbs.

Very discouraged. 10 lbs in 5 weeks with my hashimotos seems impossible with gaining and losing the same pounds.

    W3 07/15: 151
    W4 07/22: 152
    W5 07/29: 152
    GW: 135

The last two weekends I've eaten everything in sight! Seems like I'm spending all week making up for it...

On a happier note, I started 30 Day Shred on 7/1 and although I haven not done it a lot (half-way through Level 2) I have lost almost 13 inches.

Finally, how do you all set your goal weight? I am within two pounds of my lowest adult weight ever, a weight I have always been ok with; I'm in a size 8. But, if I calculate my BMI I am still over weight... I just picked an arbitrary number of 135, and now am rethinking it.

I tried to pick a goal weight for this challenge that would be a little bit of reach to get to, but not too much.

As for in general? I picked a goal weight that was about 10 pounds below the upper limit for healthy and that I know I feel good at. For me that is 145 and the upper limit for my height is 155. I wanted some wiggle room for water retention, etc.

I need to learn to NOT eat when I am stressed :-( Between free lunches, free dinners, TOM & STRESS my control went out the window. I did manage to get my Zumba in, :-) I don't think I will hit my goal weight in 5 weeks, but I'm NOT giving up.

Thanks, I think I'll go for the 7 pounds down to 145 for sure, and just see for now.
