My First 5K is done!

Well it's done. Ran my very first 5K last evening. I didn't do as well as I had hoped, but I finished, so that's the important part, right? Official time: 36:43 for a pace of 11:49/mile. I ended up walking for about 6 minutes total. I have theories of why, but it doesn't matter. Anyway...now I have a time to beat for next time, right? Thanks for all the support everyone!!

    That is awesome! 36 min. is nothing to feel ashamed about. Just think back to the first few weeks of the program when you were only doing 90 seconds at a time. Job well done!
