I've been upping my strength training at the gym so I think it might explain this week - it is also my TOM. My legs are definitely skinnier though My tummy, not so much

I've been gaining and losing the same 3 pounds. I. Reset my goals last week. I'm worried about this week because we have vacatioN and a wedding. God help me.

Very discouraged. 10 lbs in 5 weeks with my hashimotos seems impossible with gaining and losing the same pounds. :sad:0 -

The last two weekends I've eaten everything in sight! Seems like I'm spending all week making up for it...
On a happier note, I started 30 Day Shred on 7/1 and although I haven not done it a lot (half-way through Level 2) I have lost almost 13 inches.
Finally, how do you all set your goal weight? I am within two pounds of my lowest adult weight ever, a weight I have always been ok with; I'm in a size 8. But, if I calculate my BMI I am still over weight... I just picked an arbitrary number of 135, and now am rethinking it.0 -
CW: 167.4 lbs
GW: (upated) 155 lbs
So I am moved home and ready to get back to working hard and focusing on myself! 5 weeks to go, let's finish strong!!0 -

I tried to pick a goal weight for this challenge that would be a little bit of reach to get to, but not too much.
As for in general? I picked a goal weight that was about 10 pounds below the upper limit for healthy and that I know I feel good at. For me that is 145 and the upper limit for my height is 155. I wanted some wiggle room for water retention, etc.0 -

I need to learn to NOT eat when I am stressed :-( Between free lunches, free dinners, TOM & STRESS my control went out the window. I did manage to get my Zumba in, :-) I don't think I will hit my goal weight in 5 weeks, but I'm NOT giving up.0 -
