Hey Guys !! Weigh in Day !!
Ugh TOM is here and im very frustrated because i worked soooooooo hard this week and
the scale dropped to 187.2 !! BUT stupid TOM came ..
But im pushing thru it ...

I have no idea where that .2 lbs came from so I'm not too worried about it. However, I did take measurements again and from July 8th- now, I've lost a total of 9.5 inches!!! So I guess that still good.

Lost a pound!
4 lbs lost since the beginning! it will pick up here in a few weeks kids will be back in school, I will get my routine back! Thank ya Jesus! I am going to be hitting the gym 4 to 5 days a week! Just gotta muster up the energy to wait it out and exercise here at my house! I just better motivated when I am paying for a gym memebership! Good luck this week!!! Hopefully my number is bigger next week!
