Hey Guys !! Weigh in Day !!

Ugh TOM is here and im very frustrated because i worked soooooooo hard this week and
the scale dropped to 187.2 !! BUT stupid TOM came ..
But im pushing thru it ...

Week 3 7.23.12 - 189.6
Week 4 7.30.12 - 192.0

+2.4 :sad: lol

    Had to edit that, just weighed in right now (last weigh in was saturday AM) and it's down to 196.6, which means ms. flo's ugly self is getting closer. ):

    I have no idea where that .2 lbs came from so I'm not too worried about it. However, I did take measurements again and from July 8th- now, I've lost a total of 9.5 inches!!! So I guess that still good.

    dont be sad love its all because aunt flo is here! lol im on mine to, im surprised i didnt gain...i always gain! but dont get frustrated, you know by next week the scale will change:)

    Lost a pound!

    4 lbs lost since the beginning! it will pick up here in a few weeks kids will be back in school, I will get my routine back! Thank ya Jesus! I am going to be hitting the gym 4 to 5 days a week! Just gotta muster up the energy to wait it out and exercise here at my house! I just better motivated when I am paying for a gym memebership! Good luck this week!!! Hopefully my number is bigger next week!

    Anyone want to be my motivation partner... kick me in the booty when I havent gotten off my booty!!! Hold me accountable!
