How Many Calories in Les Mills' classes?

Only joined MFP last week and started doing classes at Les Mills. Not sure how many calories to enter and such a variation in what you read on the net. Currently allowing the following which I hope is conservative. I'm 104kg and go quite hard out. I think the Les Mills gym bunny term seems to be "I smash it!"
RPM 45 mins = 495
Pump 55mins = 421
Attack 60mins = 560 (quite new so learning - would expect to go up)
What about free weights?
Sound fair?

The amount of calories you burn will be different for everyone depending on height and weight. I do similar sort of classes at unipol in Dunedin and never know how many calories I burn - I usually always underestimate though. I've ordered a polar heart rate monitor off the internet to accurately work out how many calories I burn per class. From what I gather, these are the best bet for accurately working out calories burned. It could be a good investment!0

i was trying to average out my lesmills classes early in year from averages etc that i had read on here - seems les mills classes are big in the US to - heaps of calorie burned averages on here.
BUT BUT BUT - i finally bought a polar heart rate monitor (by the way BEST INVESTMENT I HAVE EVER MADE, as far as fitness goes) - once i used this i was devastated to realise the calories i was claiming forles mills classes was way over estimated. as previous post said everyone is different with weight height etc etc.
i also was getting back into jogging - and found this is where i burn the most calories in a way shorter time. since having the HRM it has helped me run further & longer - all to burn those extra calories. - even if going for a walk - i would look at calories burnt - and if not reached what i wanted walked further etc...
highly recommend you splash out and get a decent HRM, polar are reliable and good, so you get a realistic idea of your own personal results.
only now starting to go back to some les mills classes - trying RPM now, but still find i can burn more running - although RPM is quite good and better on my joints.0 -

all in moderation. Am meaning to buy a HRM. Seems to be plenty of advise on them on the forums.
Cheers
