OK, I have my new weight that I got today at the Dr's office. It is 284. And, I have the weekly goals I'm trying to hit. Here goes: :blushing:

It seems so weird to write it down in public like this. Now I feel the pressure. :ohwell: I sure hope that I can preform up to the expectations. I'm going to do my best, that's for sure.0 -
I'm in, but I'm kind of in a slow time apparently, so I'm only going to shoot for 1.5 lb per week so I don't get too demoralized
During the 7 lb. challenge I only lost 5.5 on 1200 a day net and exercising every day. I don't want to go more extreme than that, calorie wise. I think some of it was that I gained muscle doing tons of strength training, but who knows.
