What are some workouts you do when you just cant make it to the gym?

    bodyweight. squats, push ups, burpees, dips and jump rope.

    To gain mass you need to use enough weight that your form fails at no more than 12 Reps. This can be difficult at home. ie, Once you can blast off more than 12 push ups in a row, you are no longer going to gain much muscle mass performing them. Beast skills has some great ideas and baby steps to help you achieve them.

    ie. The one armed push up. A great skill. But it requires some intermediate steps, such as one arm push ups off a wall, then progressively lower stairs on a stair case.

    Once you can blast off 12 one arm push ups off on each arm you are definitely ready for the gym.

    One legged squats are called Pistol squats.

    Hand stand push ups

    Hang a chin up bar in tree or hit the kiddy playground.

    With a little research you can do a fair bit of strength training using body weight for resistance.

    no such thing as a bulking at home workout, you need to stimulate your muscles with heavy weight that isn't available in your house
