Get out of this plateau! I always get stuck at the low end of the stone !! Took me 4 weeks to get from 13.2 stone to the 12 something's so now I'm stuck at 12.4 and really want to be 11 something!!!0 -

this challenge really helped me stay on track and keep motivated.
I made my goal kinda (0.2lbs- but I probably can just go to the bathroom and meet it --lol)
