What Up peeps I decided to give you options for Challenges. All you have to do is Decide which one you are going to take and Reply with your choice. Some of the Options will actually take you through the entire 4 Cycles but it is up to you in which one you choose whichever you are comfortable with, for now I just need a consensus.
The book says to do at least 17 minutes of working out a day. Once I get a consensus I will start a separate thread for some of the options.
Here are your options.
I. Insanity 60 day workout ( Will get a thread if 2 or more choose this option, in addition if anyone is starting 7/29/2012 and choosing this option I will have it started by then.)
II. Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred ( Will get a thread if 2 or more choose this option, in addition if anyone is starting 7/29/2012 and choosing this option I will have it started by then.)
III. 17 Days 17 Miles ( Commit to walking 1 + straight mile a day)
IV. Beginners Get Moving Daily Challenge (These will start extremely light to get you moving and continuously increase to strenuous )
V. My Personal Daily Challenge ( Tell Us what you would like to accomplish today we will hold you accountable and give you encouragement )
VI. The Daily Challenge
Of course you know, you are not limited to just one you can participate in all of them, one of them, or none of them totally up to the individual and what peaks your interest.0 -
Ooooow... They all look fun. I love shred and 17 miles but really I am up for anything.0

I am doing the 17 days 17 miles. During the week I walk a mile during my lunch break, so that should be easy. The weekend will take a little more planning0
