Having trouble getting all of your water in?

I've always been told that if your drink is caffeine & sodium free it counts toward your water intake for the day. If I really want something other than water, I go for decaf green tea with lemon... ah, refreshing!

You could reduce the amount of fruit/increase water to minimize caloric/carb impact. They look so good; I really want to try some soon!
