Hey guys and gals!
I had a hectic morning getting my husband, baby and myself ready for the day! I completely forgot to weigh-in! :grumble: I promise I will weigh-in in the morning.

But for those who actually remembered today was Wednesday, you know the drill. :bigsmile:

CSW: Challenge Start Weight
LWW: Last week's weight
CW: Current Weight
LO: Loss this week
TLO: Total loss during challenge

and to add a new one! LTG: Pounds left to you reach your challenge goal weight.

    I'm only down 3 pounds from my challenge start weight, but since I went up 2 during the challenge I'm now down 5 pounds total, so I changed my challenge start weight to be the highest weight since the challenge start.

    What seems to be working really well for me is not eating between 6pm and 9am, eating fruit only (plus a salad with protein for dinner) for 1 or 2 days a week, and eating only protein and veg the rest of the time. Even with a day of over-indulging at a party (I ate an entire thin crust pizza by myself...) I still lost weight. I found a couple of days of fruit flush after the bad food day helped a lot.

    TOM made his monthly apperance & I got off track last week :( But back at it in full swing this week :)

    4.6lbs away from my reach goal of a 20lb loss & 9.6lbs away from stretch goal of a 25lb loss! I have faith that I can do it!!

    I think I have a weight-loss pattern. I lose less than a pound for three weeks and then BAM on the fourth week I loose 1.5 - 2.5 pounds.

    Well, I went for vacation last week. I did't binge at all but eating from restaurants is shown in the scale;

    LO: -0.8 (thats a gain :sad: )
    TLO: 5.2 (not proud of that :grumble: )
