I am not feeling like there is a change here. But, I also did a metabolism reset during Stage 1 as well.

    I think you look fantastic! definitely much more definition in your pecs and upper back. I think in your lower back too - probably legs as well. But that's right where the photo cuts off on my page. Your face looks stronger, more chiseled. If that makes any sense at all! And your deltoids and biceps are more defined. I think once you get into cut it will show up even more. You've done amazing. I hope I look half that good.

    I did the exact same thing as you with a "Reset/NROL4W" combo and am just finishing Stage 1 too.

    There will be NO pictures- RIGHT NOW- because of my large (& very obvious) weight gain during Reset.

    BUT THEY'RE COMING!!!

    THANK YOU! I refused to picture my lower half of my body because that very obviously shows weight gain too. Not sure why half the picture is cut off though.
