I work in the ER and on the run a lot and don't always have time to sit and eat. What are some of your favorite LC snacks/carry foods to eat on the go???

String cheese, peanut butter and celery, pork rinds if there is a vending machine nearby and you have nothing else, lol. Olives, pickles, pickled okra, hard-boiled eggs, veggies and ranch dressing or hummus, jerky, nuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds, or cream cheese on celery sticks.

Good luck to you, and I hope this adds to your list of snacks!

I had some beef jerky yesterday that hit the spot (sure, it's processed but generally OK).

A handful of raw nuts or a hunk of cheese is a favourite.

A tin of tuna can also work.

And I have some "Foodjoy Pork Coo" in the cupboard just waiting to be munched on ...

A princely 2 carbohydrates per pack. I do miss crunchy/chip foods so this does me nicely.

I basically make a bunch of snacks and portion them out for the week.

    - Low carb scotch eggs
    - Chocolate & Nut energy truffles
    - tuna patties
    - MIM's (Make on the morning- 60 seconds in the microwave is all it takes!)
    - Mini Chorizo & cheese skewers (cocktail sticks)
    - chipolata sausages
    - Ham & Lettuce roll ups
    - Cucumber & cream cheese

    Or pre- bought snacks

    - Pork crunch/scratchings/rinds
    - sugar free Jelly pots
    - beef jerky
    - pepperami sticks
    - string cheese
    - Macademia nuts
