Settiing Goals

Hi Guys...

How about if we all set some small goals?

Here are mine:

Track input each day (continuation)
Drink at least 1 gallon water per day
Continue exercising each day -- developing a practical routine.

ultimate: lose 15 lbs.

What are yours? Perhaps we can do an evening checking for our "one day at a time" goals.

    My Ultimate goal is to lose 20lbs

    My Goals:

    Keep track of eating (I tend to not even realize how many calories I am eating when not tracking)
    Have ONE alcohol day :) This summer with the beer has been my downfall.
    Get back into walking on the treadmill

    It's been a bad month :)
  • My ultimate goal is to loose 33 lbs

    I plan on walking at least an hour a day or weather not permitting I'll do 30 mins on the treadmill at 5 km (3.2 miles) & 30 mins at night walking my dogs.

    I'm tracking everything I put in my mouth but I'm learning a lot by doing this.

    I'm wearing my fitbit faithfully love the little thing, even tells me how many times I wake during the night.

    I'm so trying with the water, if I get a glass down I'm happy but I need so much more so trying it with lemon now.

    I've found vodka with diet soda is only about 100 calories :

    Hi all,

    My current goals are to track food each day, keep my carbs below 50 grams a day. I am also aiming for 64oz of water or more on a daily basis. My ultimate goal isn't small, but I'm looking to loose another 82 lbs.
