Sadly I'm still the same...How! Busting my butt and I've only changed by a few ounces! My body seems the same size as well. My wedding is in 4weeks! Help! Any exercises you love to target Arms, love handles and Upper Thighs? Those are my weak spots(buts what new?) Thanx and good luck! Hope everyones weigh ins are better then mine! X Dani

    I lost 1.4 pounds this week~~total of 9.6 lbs since challenge started!!! Probably won't hit the 20lb goal by Labor Day but the scale is going down so that is what matters most.

    I have been doing some OLD youtube videos named "8 minute arms", "8 minute abs" and "8 minute buns" and they work for me! do each video twice and you'll see better results

    I'm new to the group so this is my first weigh in! I'm also trying to lose the weight by the 27th of August, not labor day, so my goal needs to be met a little sooner!

    I wish I knew the exercises to target those areas. Don't give up just keep pressing on. Have you tried switching your exercise around? That may help. Or maybe eating a few more calories for a couple of days. Don't give up!!!!

    What the hell-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only exercised 1 day this week but only 1 day out of the 5 that i logged said i would gain weight all the rest still said i would lose. I expected to maybe stay the same but up 4 lbs.!!! I did weigh myself in the afternoon and i normally weigh in the morning. im gonna weigh again tomorrow morning and ill post then.:grumble:

    I've been in vacation and had a wedding. I logged the best I could and did get a few runs in. We were quite active at the waterparks, etc. however, my carb control was out the window. I'm anxious to see if I can meet this challenge. I think I've plateaued.:sad:

    Total lost for challenge 1.6lbs. PATHETIC :brokenheart:

    Very discouraged. 10 lbs in 5 weeks with my hashimotos seems impossible with gaining and losing the same pounds. :sad:

    Maybe you hit a plateau. Mix things up a bit to see if you see a change. One time I was on a plateau for 2 weeks.
