This is a list that I am sticking to during this time.
The Rules for me:
No Candy
No biscuits and/or cookies
No pastries
No bread of any kind
No chips
No fast food (I go to these places, but only to get grilled chicken salads!) Wendy's has an awesome berry salad, along with Culver's, which is Strawberry Fields grilled chicken salad
No nutella or other naughty spread
No ice cream
No pop (This is an easy one for me, because I eliminated ALL pop out of my diet over a year ago). Little suggestion for those who are having a difficult time getting off of pop, take anything with yeast out of your diet. It took me awhile, but the cravings were not bad at all, after the yeast stuff left my system.

I don't think I can eliminate bread. Definately soda, sweets, fried foods, and even processed foods. Like those that come in a box. I am going to pull out my crockpot and use it more often. I know convenience is key for me. If I can't get it within 10-15 mins, I'm frustrated. I think when you start a diet, starting slow by eliminating a little at a time makes it easier to succeed. Definately not going to the drive-thru. even if it is just for a salad. Easier to stay away completely then go in and get tempted. I'm persuaded very easily, especially when it is me arguing on both sides. hahaha!!
This is my list of what I want to eliminate over a certain time period:
1. Fast Food Restaurants (All of them, especially coffee houses)
2. Not eating breakfast or taking a lunch (I will give myself more time in the morning to do this)
3. Soda(All soda, even diet)
4. Store bought Sweets (Snickers, Oreos, etc. - If I didn't make it I won't eat it)
5. Boxed Foods (no more mac n cheese)0 -
Good for you, audrey! You stick to what works for you!0
