We went to Stillwater for shopping and a beer tour on Saturday. I only drank a little and got drunk. That's what happens when you never drink. We ate out, but I stayed away from fried foods. Yesterday, we went out for lunch and I just had half a burger and no french fries.

I start my midnight shifts tonight and will be on them for a week. This is generally when I have the hardest time with my health habits and I tend to not lose or even gain. How is everyone coming along?
I have avoided fast food restaurants and pop, but I did eat corn-nuts, 2 hotdogs, icecream ............Fell off the wagon on Friday but I am back on today. Have to remember to eat earlier in the day and that I am 'not' the type to have one bite of something junky > it triggers a binge.
Best Practices on the Weigh-in
I was curious about the many ways that people weigh themselves. Frequency? Time of day? Naked vs. Clothed? etc. Right now I am doing Monday mornings once a week. I am not sure about the naked vs. clothed...I've alternated, but I feel like I should stick to one method. Any thoughts? Or am I totally overthinking it! :)

I have found that if I plan my whole day, I do much better. I scheduled in a little treat today of some gardettos. I found half a bag in my drawer so I thought I would try half a cup! Anyone else plan their whole day out?
