New form for Aug 1st. You can either use weight of Aug 1st or copy from our last weigh in on Monday. Remember this is a NEW month so if you didn't do well last month it no longer counts. We're gonna take it a day at a time so we can keep focused and not get depressed. Good Luck Ladies!

    Get out of this plateau! I always get stuck at the low end of the stone !! Took me 4 weeks to get from 13.2 stone to the 12 something's so now I'm stuck at 12.4 and really want to be 11 something!!!

    Personal goal(s): For August, get to 152, stick to this diet, keep up the exercise. Hoping I see results by the end of the month :) Have a little holiday coming up, so I hope I can eat healthily while I'm away

    Personal goal(s): Finish Insanity - two more weeks. And maybe start round two?? Also I want to stick with making healthy food choices and drinking tons of water.

    gw: 115 or goal body fat: 18%

    I just added the body fat percentage cause, weight isnt always as accurate. Hope thats okay :)

  • this challenge really helped me stay on track and keep motivated.
    I made my goal kinda (0.2lbs- but I probably can just go to the bathroom and meet it --lol)

    I really look forward to the Sept Challenge!!
