Any one else on a cut right now? Trying to lean out for summer but losing some mass-
Dropped my carbs as well as overall calories and changed up my routine a bit, any advice, programs that have worked for cutting down fat without losing too much mass?? I'm down 10 pounds already and feeling good but wants to keep on some weight come winter!

I'm not, but my successful cuts have come from sticking with my same weights routine, sticking with the same macro percentages but just dropping cals by 1000.
I have to say though - I've never really been below probably 8-9% bf as that isn't the look I'm aiming for. I don't really know enough about the final few %ages and what needs changing. I read an article on carb cycling once that I've heard good things about but it's pretty complicated to work. Let me see if I can find the link.....

Also - this involves carb cycling but has info on the anabolic diet - not read enough on this to have an opinon on efficacy... http://stronglifts.com/anabolic-diet-101-the-definite-anabolic-diet-guide/
This is something I read about as well that I think is pretty interesting - fasted cardio and how/why it works/doesn't work and how to apply it.... http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat-loss/fasted-cardio-and-fat-loss-qa.html
In the interests of balance - article saying it doesn't work... http://alanaragon.com/myths-under-the-microscope-part-2-false-hopes-for-fasted-cardio.html0 -
Thanks man I'll take a look at that, I found that dropping my carbs significantly, though not by any specific formula - seemed to help me drop body fat and have more definition in my abs. As well as lowering my overal caloric intake.0

Id love to do carb cycling but its EXTREMELY hard with a vegetarian diet. Anabolic diet seems appealing to me if only it wasn't all meat.0
