Whats in Your Grocery List ?

Hey Guys !!!!!!
Eboni and I decided to share what we buy when we go food shopping . I know i get bored when i eat the same thing so maybe seeing what you guys eat i can switch it up a bit !!
And the List Goes Like This ..
Veggies & Fruit -
avocados, red onions, red peppers, spinach, frozen mixed vegeatbles, sweet potatoes, apples, grapes, strawberries, plums, chunk canned pineapples, raisins, prunes & pears
Meats & Diary -
Salmon, ground chicken, turkey slices, turkey bacon, chicken breast, tunafish, greek yogurt, 2% milk, eggs, string cheese & laughing cow cheese
Grains -
Whole wheat double fiber bread, kellogs plus antioxidants berry yogurt crunch & caramel pecan crunch, oatmeal, spinach wraps, and brown rice
Snacks & Such -
brown sugar, reduced fat wheat thins, kashi bars, popcorn, pudding, pam spray (0 calories ! i use this wen i wudd normally use butter to cook like eggs and stuff), almonds, and pistacios

for breakfast i kinda stivk to 3 options just because i like em so much lol,,, oatmeal w fruit and or raisins , 2 boiled eggs with turkey bacon , and kellog cereal
for lunches i do spinach wraps w chicken avocado spinach and shredded carrots , tacos, brown rice w salmon n veggies , homemade pizza w loads of veggies and turkey pepporoni, tuna sandwhichs w avocado and spinach, turkey and cheese sandwhichs
for dinner i try to not eat carbs so ill have cabbage soup or salmon w veggies , i usually just eat veggies and some sort of protein

Hey u guys!!! , So my grocery list recently has been eggs, to ONLY BOIL, no scrambled, baked chicken breast no skin, baked fish, protein powder, like whey protein, fruits, vegetables, and oatmeal, brown sugar, skim milk and for a natural energy try a extend bar it gives u so much energy and controls your hunger- Hope this helps u guys!0

lol girl its okay its im a perfectionist so i like my things to be in order lmao but i deff need to try some almond milk!0 -
I won't be shopping until this weekend but I have a few staples on my list. Oatmeal, whole wheat bagels, whole wheat bread, bananas, strawberries, nuts, banana chips, celery, tuna, chicken, tilapia, lettuce, tomato, odwalla juice, water,crystal light, salmon, cereal bars, honey nut cheerios, milk, coffee stuff, splenda or truvia, I love fish I know0
