On Sat and Sun I ate fast food..... I totally forgot. I hope you all don't kick me out of your group?

Another question, if I go get a salad from a fast food place is that okay or not?

    LOL we will not kick you out.

    Salads should be ok as long as they aren't drenched in dressing! It is your call!

    Thanks. Yea dressing is one of my favorite! But its so bad.

    I put a small amount on and stir it or shake it up. Then it coats everything, instead of me wanting more because it's gone!

    Maybe have your own dressing on hand? The fat free or low fat ones.
