30 minutes after waking up

One rule is to eat within 30 minutes after waking up. My workout time is generally in the morning so on mornings with shapers and shredders I'm currently at 46 min of workout time. It will only increase as I add shredders. I'm currently just eating when I get done. Any thoughts? Anyone else working out in the morning?

    I work out in the morning too and I just eat when I get done. It's usually between 30-45 min of workout time and about 5-10 after I wake before I start my workout.

    I generally run around 45 minutes too before I eat. I usually will drink at least a half a cup of water prior to the shapers with the hopes my metabolism has to do something with that. I have kids so I can't always get to myself any earlier I am lucky I get the shapers in!!:smile:

    I personally can not work out if I haven't eaten first. I usually follow the eat after 30 min of waking and then work out afterwards (30-60min after)
    I think it really just depends on the person and preference.
