My name is Kasandra. I'm 25 yrs old and volunteering in Africa for a year. I have lost a lot of weight so far, but I am looking to lose the last 40. Its been tough . I am looking for support and motivation. I also started insanity and c25k last week. Please add me if you are doing either one or both or if you just want support. thanks
