Question on Meal Plan

I would be starting Insanity next week, but I can't follow the meal plan because am vegetarian. Will I get good results by just eating the required amount of calories, and do I have to really eat 5 meals? 5 meals a day sounds like the hardest part for me.

    You should focus on the amount of calories you're taking in. These workouts are very demanding, so it would be good to try to keep with the 5 small meals per day. Make sure you're getting enough protein as well so that you'll be building muscle instead of burning it.
