Day 19! One more day of level 2 will be happy to move on since my left wrist hurts in plank now

Level 3 day 3! Also survived 20 minutes on my elliptical afterwards! Can't help but be proud of myself today!!0

Day 23!!! (was supposed to be yesterday, but I skipped it - the first one I've skipped!)
I think I'm liking level 3. I'm sore - a good sore - and in all the right places. I'm afraid though, then I'm doing the shadowboxing with weights, that I'm going to accidentally let go of one of them and it'll fly right through the tv. I'm extra careful with them, and I've even turned away from the tv. ha ha!0 -

Ha Ha! I was thinking the same thing I thought I'd throw my weight at Jillian's head, my hands were slippery. I'm loving level 3 also it's much more fun. The planks on the weights hurt one wrist but I'm getting through it!
