    Here are my stats for the challenge:
    8/01 = 1.5 miles Walking Briskly
    8/02 = 1.5 miles Walking Briskly
    8/03 = 2 miles Walking Briskly
    8/04 = 2.5 Bike Riding Fast (knee bothering me) :sad:
    8/05 = 2 miles Briskly

    9.5 miles completed ! 40.5 to go!!!!! :flowerforyou:

    Hi, I just joined today. I am going for 30 miles in August. I'm all over the place so hopefully this will inspire me to be consistent with my workouts.

    Aug 3 - 1 mile
    Aug 4 - .5 mile
    Aug 5 - 2.5 miles
    Aug 6 - .5 mile

    25.5 miles to go!

    I have never walked as much as I am walking so far this month! I know I can thank this challenge for that! I got in another 3 miles today :happy:

    8/1 - 3.75 mi
    8/2- 2.75 mi

    8/4- 2.25 mi
    8/5- 3.25 mi
    8/6- 3.5 mi
    8/7- 3 mi

    Total- 22.00 Miles

    Hello to all! Here's my latest:

    8/01/12 - 2 miles (WATP)
    8/03/12 - 2 miles (WATP)
    8/04/12 - 2 miles (WATP)
    8/05/12 - 1 mile (WATP)
    8/06/12 - 2 miles (WATP)
    8/07/12 - 6 miles (Stationary bike)

    OK...today, I did 6 miles on my stationary bike. If I can count those miles, I will have 15 miles in all, and 15 to go! Can I count them pleeeeeeeeease lol?

    Hi, I'm Deb and I'm going to set my goal for 75 miles of walking/running/biking for exercise. Last month, I logged ALL of my miles and came up with 172! (I use a fitbit which tracks every step). This month, I am going to limit my logging to only those miles where I am running or walking for exercise. I'll include biking miles if I do any! I'm off to a slow start as I just took 4 days off due to the death of my father.

    8/2 7 miles
    8/7 7 miles

    14 down, 61 to go!

    I would like to get to the point of logging 100 miles each month.

    Did another 4 miles walk yesterday, so 24 so far this month! Its funny i thought 50 miles would be really hard to get to but i am almost half way already!
