After completing this week we will be half way through Training Block 2!! You can do it just get up and Go! :flowerforyou:

    Ok.Did Core synergistics and after a late night spent trying to reset system preferences on a mac!! it was no fun. Did it before breakfast and had no energy:ohwell: 276 cal burn Will try and have a protein shake before in future.

    Seems like it's just us both fizzy123, I'm checking in. Plyometrics done! Had fun, that's the exercise I enjoy most.

    I know I've been MIA - the last week has had me really busy, and now I'm fighting a cold. :sad: Missed Monday and Tuesday's workouts, but back into it today. It's been a little rough, but I just need to press play.

    Did cycling today 445 cal burn and got through 3/4 of the yoga. Its hard its too long!!!

    You both looking good, I re-did a week so now a week behind, so I start this week on Sunday.

    I can log on the same ones as yous as I seem to be talking to myself on the week 5s log ;)

    Rested today. Back to P90 tomorrow.
