I'm from Leeds, just wondered if there's anyone around from gods great county, especially runners, I'm keen to run 5K's around Yorkshire.

So if you're proper Yorkshire say ey-oop.

    Nah then fella,

    I'm a Leeds lad and just signed up for Park Run, don't know if you have heard of it? Link is www.parkrun.com.

    Basically they organise 5K runs every Saturday, the ones in Leeds are at Rounday Park and Woodhouse Moor near Hyde Park. I've just joined and am going to Roundhay Park this Saturday. But there are lots of runs up and down the Country. They record all your times.

    Typical, until recently I lived over that why in Leeds now otherside, I might do the Rounday one, it's the weekend I think.

    I'm in sunny Donny! I've run in the Great Yorkshire Run in Sheffield (10K) and I've done a few 5Ks around the Doncaster area.

    Where's Yorkshire in the medals table now? When I last checked we were 10th.

    Ey oop! I've done parkrun in Bradford for the last 6 weeks. Saturday 9am don't forget to register and take your barcode :)
