    Yeah, our board is dead... let's wake up people! Even though it's way too hot in Miss'ippi to do much right now :)

    I have to do my bike riding early or its way too hot. That's better than fighting ice and snow half the year tho.

    Yes it is HOT and humid outside today. I went for my morning walk/jog at 4 am this morning. I went at 9 am yesterday and by the time I got home I looked like I had jumped in the lake. But I am determined to get to a healthy weight.

    I agree. I like having a garden all the way through November, unlike my Northern friends :) Couldn't deal with all the ice and snow days.
