The city of Petal and Mississippi Power are opening up some land for bmx, cyclocross and mountain bike trails to built this fall along the Leaf River. I would imagine the mtb trail will be multi-use like the other trails in the area, so we will have another exercise venue soon.

Just wondering if anyone will be completing the warrior dash april 20th? I am signed up and all my friends backed out so looking to see if anyone else is alone are got a group that would not mind a tag along.
I have a progress chart behind my bedroom door and I connect the dots for every pound loss and gained. When I get discouraged I look back at the chart and remind myself that even if it goes up eventually it will come back down and weekly weigh ins show that my weight is coming down even if it is slower than I would like it…
