I'm 141 right now and my goal is to be around 130 and to get toned. When I started using MFP last month, I was 150. So far, so good ;-)0

I swear my body goes on STRIKE at 140. I've gone from 157 to 137 since April (I'm 5'4") but a few have creeped back on and I'm smack dab at 140. How do I get it through to my body that 130 would be a much better place?

I'm 5'6" and weighed 140.8 this morning. I've been bouncing between 138 and 144 since March. I have been working out a lot and even though my weight has kind of stalled here my clothing sizes have gone down and things feel a lot firmer. I'm trying to focus on that more than the number on the scale, but I'm finding it really hard not to measure fitness by my weight.0
